Coaching small and medium sized businesses that manufacture home decoration, home textiles and furniture in business development, export marketing and product range positioning for the EU market. Creation of project ‘Development by Design’ to promote the SMEs in their local market, as well as the methodology ‘NEXT’ to allow the local business support organisation to train and promote their members.
Currently lead consultant in the 4-year program Home Textiles Laos. Previous programs in Colombia, Peru, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa and Mongolia.
