Fair Trade Finest at Ambiente

Showcasing the fairest products

18 producers from Nepal, Indonesia, Ghana and Tanzania are showcasing their best products in a special exhibition at the Ambiente 2016 trade show. They are participating in the Fair Trade Finest programme, in which they work on implementing the 10 fair trade principles in their organization. They are working towards certification, and learn what it takes to export to international markets.

The Fair Trade Finest Showcase in the foyer of hall 10.1 offers a sneak peek into the diverse product offer of these exporters. A great opportunity for buyers to learn more about these makers and their values. Many other exporters will enroll in the programme in the coming year.

Fair Trade Finest is an initiative of CBI (Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries) and DAWS (Dutch Association of World Shops), in collaboration with WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization). You can meet WFTO in the foyer of hall 10.1, too.

At Ambiente, also check out;

  • CBI Pavilions in hall 10.1 C51, C71, C74 and A89
  • Pop-up exhibition in hall 11.0 D50
